I was permanently laid off on April 1st because my role became redundant. At first I thought it was a cruel April fools joke, but then the realization hit. No matter, I feel like it’s the best thing that could have happened because my stress level on that job was through the roof. I must have been unconsciously manifesting it. Good on you for following your compass!
This echoes exactly what happened to me about a year and a half ago - fired from a job I was trying to leave, struggled to find a job (and a purpose), filled the void with a doggy daycare job that I loved/hated, and have landed in a position that is fulfilling but doesn't take up my entire life. You'll land where you're supposed to! Good luck!! P.S. I love reading your newsletter every month!!
